If
the
tips
are
not
tracking
in
the
same
plane,
power
the
helicopter
down
and
disconnect
the
battery
from
the
control
unit
so
you
can
adjust
the
length
of
the
linkage
that
connects
the
stabilizer
flybar
to
the
main
rotor
blade
grips.
Carefully
disconnect
the
ball
link/linkage
from
the
control
ball
on
main
rotor
blade
grip
then
twist
the
ball
link
clockwise
one
‐
half
turn
to
adjust
(shorten)
the
length
of
the
linkage.
Re
‐
connect
the
ball
link/linkage
to
the
control
ball
on
the
main
rotor
blade
grip
then
check
the
tracking
again.
If
the
tracking
is
better
continue
to
twist
the
ball
link
clockwise
one
‐
half
or
one
‐
full
turn
at
a
time
until
the
tips
of
the
upper
main
rotor
blades
are
tracking
in
the
same
plane.
If
the
tracking
is
worse
after
twisting
the
ball
link
clockwise
then
twist
it
counterclockwise
one
‐
full
turn
(to
start),
then
one
‐
half
to
one
‐
full
turn
at
a
time,
until
the
tips
of
the
upper
main
rotor
blades
are
tracking
in
the
same
plane.
Typically,
not
much
adjustment
should
be
necessary
to
properly
track
the
tips
of
the
upper
main
rotor
blades.
Also,
in
some
cases
it
may
not
be
possible
to
achieve
perfect
tracking.
However,
the
helicopter
will
still
perform
well
as
long
as
the
tracking
is
adjusted
as
closely
as
possible.
NOTE:
It
is
not
typically
necessary
to
check/adjust
tracking
of
the
lower
main
rotor
blades
as
the
corresponding
linkages
are
factory
‐
set
to
equal
lengths
and
the
correct
overall
length
to
ensure
proper
tracking.
