To update the runtime system via a network, the unit must be included in the corresponding Ethernet
network.

Requirements:
•
Recovery mode has been started.
► Click on [NETWORK SETUP].
>
The configuration screen appears.
► Select the required Ethernet interface (ETH0 or ETH1) in the overview table.

The fields show the currently valid IP settings of the Ethernet interface.
► Configure the IP parameters manually.
► Click on [APPLY] to enable the changed settings.
>
The Ethernet interface has valid IP parameters.
► Click on [CANCEL] to leave the configuration screen.

Configuring the Ethernet interface via DHCP

To configure the Ethernet interfaces via DHCP, a DHCP server must be enabled in the
network.
Requirements:
•
Recovery mode has been started.
•
The Ethernet interface of the unit is connected to the IT network.
► Click on [NETWORK SETUP].

The configuration screen appears.
► Select the required Ethernet interface (ETH0 or ETH1) in the overview table.

The fields show the current IP settings of the Ethernet interface.
► Enable [DHCP] to set IP parameters via DHCP.
► Click on [APPLY] to enable the changed settings.
>
The Ethernet interface receives IP parameters from the DHCP server.
>
The Ethernet interface has valid IP parameters.
► Click on [CANCEL] to leave the configuration screen.
