Read device parameters

The call enables direct reading access to parameters up to a length of 30 bytes using one single AS-i
command.
NOTE
If the IO-Link service of the IO-Link device provides more bytes than indicated in the reading length,
the data length is shortened to the requested number of bytes (surplus bytes will be ignored).
If the IO-Link service of the IO-Link device provides fewer bytes than indicated in the reading length,
the requested data length is returned with the surplus bytes being filled with 0.
