SOLUTION BY CATEGORY
17:2 While attempting to validate an
upgrade
file,
the
printer
could
not
interpret
the
file’s
upgrade
commands. Either it is not the
right type of file, or the data
has
been
corrupted.

WRONG UPGRADE 18:0 While attempting to validate an
upgrade
file,
the
printer
found
that the file was not licensed
for this printer. It is possible
that the file was intended for a
different
printer.

SOFTWARE INVALID 19:0 While performing a system
software
update,
the
incoming
update data was found to have
an
invalid
signature.

performing
a

software
update,
the
incoming
update data was not in the
correct
format.

SD WRITE FAILURE
20:0 While performing a system
software
update,
an
error
occurred
while
trying
to
write
temporary
update
data
to
the
SD
card.

printer
was
unable
to
create
the
upgrade
directory
on the SD card. Either the SD
card
is
missing,
unformatted
or
functioning
incorrectly.
