We recommend using a cable roll, which ensure that they
are taken at least 60mm above the floor.
•
If an extension cord is used, the plug and socket must be of
watertight construction. Information for supply may also be
obtained from the plug manufacturer. Follow the table:

Water connection
The machine is without back-flow preventer
device. In case of connection to water network
a backflow device has to be installed. With
connection to mains supply water please follow the
local regulations.
The water that passes through the appliance is no
longer considered fit for drinking.

It is recommended use of demineralized water
•
It is recommend to use water supply less than 6 bar to avoid
damages to internal parts.
•
Do not use distilled pure water or water softening
treatments that can modify water conductivity.

Safety Devices
The appliance is equipped with safety devices the provide a
complete protection of the appliance. The most important
safety devices are described in the following:
•
Pressure controller:
the pressure controller keeps the boiler
between 9 to 10 bar
•
Automatic reset thermostat:
if the temperature of the steam
reaches 185°C the device cuts off the heating elements.
•
Manual reset safety thermostat:
if the temperature of the
boiler exceeds 220°C the machine stops working
•
Steam trigger gun with safety lever.
The safety lever on the
gun avoids accidental opening
•
Safety valve
: it prevents overpressure inside the boiler. The
safety valve is set up at 11 bar.
The safety valve must be
replaced every 2 years by qualified personnel.
•
Boiler level safe-guard:
if during normal use the water pump
runs more than 1 minute the machine stops and alarm light
keeps blinking.
•
Water level control:
the water probe sensor outside the
boiler keeps regular and constant refilling of water.

Use
Transport and handling
For transport in vehicles ensure the equipment so it can
not slip and fall over, risk of injury and damage. Always
observe weight and dimensions of the appliance.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage
caused by improper handling or transport.
Installation and preliminary operations
➢
Remove the box and bring down the appliance from the
pallet (FIG.3)
➢
Position the appliance on a firm and stable surface and
secure the brake of rear wheel.
➢
Connect steam hose to the appliance and the hose to the
steam-gun (FIG.6-7)
➢
Fill the water tank with filtered and clean water .
The machine without water doesn’t start and goes to
alarm blinking .
➢
Fill the detergent tank.
Read and comply the detergent datasheet before filling
the detergent tank .Detergents have to be suitable for
the surface to be cleaned
