We recommend using a cable roll, which ensure that they
are taken at least 60mm above the floor.

If an extension cord is used, the plug and socket must be of
watertight construction. Information for supply may also be
obtained from the plug manufacturer. Follow the table:

Water connection

The  machine  is  without  back-flow  preventer
device. In case of connection to water network
a  backflow  device  has  to  be  installed.  With

connection  to  mains  supply  water  please  follow  the
local regulations.

The water that passes through the appliance is no

longer considered  fit  for drinking.

It is recommended use of demineralized water

It is recommend to use water supply less than 6 bar to avoid
damages to internal parts.

Do  not  use  distilled  pure  water  or  water  softening
treatments that can modify water conductivity.

Safety Devices

The appliance is equipped with safety devices the provide a
complete protection of the appliance. The most important
safety devices  are described in the following:

Pressure controller:

the pressure controller keeps the boiler

between 9 to 10 bar

Automatic reset thermostat:

if the temperature of the steam

reaches 185°C the device cuts off  the heating  elements.

Manual  reset  safety  thermostat:

if  the  temperature  of  the

boiler exceeds 220°C  the machine stops working

Steam trigger gun with safety lever.

The safety lever on the

gun avoids accidental opening

Safety valve

: it prevents overpressure inside the boiler. The

safety  valve  is  set  up  at    11  bar.

The  safety  valve  must  be

replaced every 2 years by qualified personnel.

Boiler level safe-guard:

if  during normal use the water pump

runs more than 1 minute the machine stops and alarm light
keeps blinking.

Water  level  control:

the  water  probe  sensor  outside  the

boiler keeps regular and constant refilling of water.

Use

Transport and handling

For transport in vehicles ensure the equipment so it can

not slip and fall over, risk of injury and damage. Always

observe weight and dimensions of the appliance.

The  manufacturer is not  responsible  for any damage
caused by improper handling or transport.

Installation and preliminary operations

Remove the box and bring down the appliance from the
pallet (FIG.3)

Position the appliance on a firm and stable   surface and
secure the brake of rear  wheel.

Connect steam hose to the appliance and the hose to  the
steam-gun  (FIG.6-7)

Fill the water tank with filtered and clean water .

The machine without water doesn’t start and goes to

alarm blinking .

Fill the detergent tank.

Read and comply the detergent datasheet before filling
the detergent tank .Detergents have to be suitable for

the surface to be cleaned
