4.3 Contact input
Contact input are used to play folders designated by the number of the activated entry. The VP330 has 1
separate input and 8 additional inputs.
The separate input is configurable in the menu and plays the 001 folder by default.
The 8 entries of the VP330 play the first 255 folders in a binary order.
Folder No. 001 is triggered by the separate input or input 1 of the group of 8 inputs.
The 8 input contacts are used to play the file numbers corresponding to the 3 digits of the file number
following a binary order from 001 to 255. (see table in the appendices)
Entry 1: File 001
Entry 2: File 002
Entry 3: File 004
Entry 4: File 008
Entry 5: File 016
Entry 6: File 032
Entry 7: File 064
Entry 8: Folder 128
Simultaneous pressing of multiple input contacts offers up to 255 different combinations. Nos. 001 to 255
correspond to the combinations of the 8 input contacts.
Example to play the folders from the block of 8 entries:
001: activation of entry N ° 1
002: activation of entry N ° 2
003: activation of entries N ° 1 + N ° 2
004: activation of entry N ° 3
005: activation of entries N ° 3 + N ° 1
006: activation of entries N ° 3 + N ° 2
007: activation of entry N ° 3 + N ° 2 + N ° 1
008: activation of entry N ° 4
009: activation of entries N ° 4 + N ° 1
and so on following a binary progression. (see table in annex)
