4.3.1.1 Manual Configuration
When using manual configuration, the network settings should be assigned in the following manner:
Step 1
: Select the
“
Static
IP”
option
from the
“
Address Type
”
drop-down menu.
Step 2
: Enter the relevant details in the respective
network settings
fields
.
Step 3
: Click the
“Update Settings”
button to complete the configuration.
4.3.1.2 Dynamic Configuration
Dynamic configuration is very easy to
perform. If a DHCP server is connected to you network, a
network address can be dynamically configured by using the following procedure:
Step 1
: Select the
“DHCP”
option
from the
“
Address Type
”
drop-down menu.
Step 2
: Click the
“Update Settings”
button to complete the configuration.
