5.6.4 CANFD_GetCANHWSendMode
This function is used to get the operating mode of CAN/CAN FD message sending
in the assigned CAN port by using module hardware timer.

Parameter:
i_wDevice_id
[in]
The assigned device ID of the I-7565M-FD device.
i_byCANPort
[in]
The assigned CAN port of the I-7565M-FD device.
*o_byMode
[out]
Operating mode of CAN/CAN FD message sending in the assigned CAN
port by using module hardware timer.
0: disable.
1: enable.
Return Value:
Return 0 means success, others means failure.
