5.7.2 CANFD_ClearCANRxBuf
This function is used to clear all the CAN/CAN FD messages in the software
received buffer in the assigned CAN port of the I-7565M-FD device.

Parameter:
i_wDevice_id

The assigned device ID of the I-7565M-FD device.
i_byCANPort

The assigned CAN port of the I-7565M-FD device.
Return Value:
Return 0 means success, others means failure.
