Using industry-leading pneumatic molding processes,

the AIRFRAME PRO’s fiberglass, Spectra

®

 and Carbon

Fiber composite shell sports a proprietary interlacing

system crafted to emphasize superior strength along

with centralized mass and minimal weight.

The AIRFRAME PRO’s dual-density EPS liner is actually

two separate Expanded-Polystyrene liners engineered to

offer maximum impact absorption and force dissipation.

Additionally, both liners are channeled with an

extensive series of directional air ducts to distribute

airflow from the outer ventilation system.
