Possible cause

(1) Power cord is not plugged in.
(2) A fuse has blown or a
residual current device (RCD)
has tripped.
(3) Fault with the socket
(1) Unplug the cord. Plug back
in after 10 seconds.
(2) Replace the fuse or reset the
RCD.
(3) Test the socket using
another electrical appliance.
Oven does not heat the
food.
Door is not properly closed.
Close the door.
Glass turntable plate
makes a noise when
turning.
Turntable roller ring and oven
floor are dirty.
