3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE
3.1. How the machine works
1. Close the drain valve.
2. Turn on the device by turning the “main switch” to “on”.
3. Fill the tank up to the desired level. WARNING: the display of the level control must turn itself off otherwise the device will not
start.
4. Once the water level has been reached, set the cleaning temperature on the thermostat by turning the knob. Warning: the max.
temperature for manual cleaning is 45°C.
5. The heating control displays that the radiator is working.
6. Start the device by pressing the pedal. The white light will turn on and the liquid from the tank will flow through the cleaning
brush. Warning: before you press the pedal, ensure the cleaning brush is facing the direction of the part to be cleaned and not
outside.
7. For the first cleaning calibration phase, we recommend using a small amount and after that, the amount can be increased
gradually if necessary.
8. Ensure that the size and weight of the parts to be cleaned comply with the manufacturer’s specifications.
9. In the event of problems, turn off the device using the main switch

4. TRANSPORT
4.1. Handling
∙
Take great care when transporting the device to the installation site at the customer‘s premises in order to prevent damage.
∙
Secure the device on the pallet to ensure that it does not slip off.
4.2. Transport aids
4.2.1. Transport using a crane
∙
Attach the crane cables to the pallet and lift the device carefully. Pay special attention to the centre of gravity. The device may tip.
NOTE:
The crane must have a carrying capacity of at least 200 kg.
4.2.2. Transport using a fork-lift
∙
Insert the fork-lift between the longitudinal pieces on the wooden pallet.
∙
Lift the unit and transport it.
