Top access cover

1. Lift the top cover

2. Remove the 2 self-locking nuts.

3. Remove the 2 spring-tensioning nuts.

4. Remove the 8 cup-spring washers.

5. Using care not to lose the 2 brass washers, push the 2 bolts

out and remove the top cover

Installation notes:

1. Install the cover spring as, as shown.

2. Carefully assemble the 8 cup-spring washers as shown here:

3. Tighten the 2 spring-tensioning nuts so that the top cover

opens and closes easily and balances in any position.
