Key Repeat:

will automatically repeat. This selection allows you to choose the number of
characters that are generated per second when a key is auto repeating.

always off the key has no effect. When set to toggle, the terminal will power
on in the off mode and pressing the key will alternate between the off mode
and the on mode.
