If this command is immediately preceded by a Read Native Max Address command, the device regards it
as Set Max Address command.
This command sets the device into Set_Max_Locked state. After this command is completed, any other
Set Max commands except Set Max Unlock and Set Max Freeze Lock are rejected. The device remains in
this state until a power cycle or the acceptance of a Set Max Unlock or Set Max Freeze Lock command.
