Urinary stress incontinence
Programs for the treatment of urinary stress incontinence in women and faecal incontinence in men
(only P1), designed for strengthening pelvic floor and perineal muscles with poor functioning, or
sphincter muscles with low contracting capacity. The stimulation must be as strong as possible,
without being painful, and it is helpful if the patient participates actively in the muscles contractions. It
is also suggest that this training be combined with patient’s own exercises for pelvic floor muscles.
Recommended treatment time: 3-5 times a week.
Use vaginal probe for the treatment of urinary
incontinence in women, and anal probe for faecal incontinence both for men and women.
