WEEKLY CHECKS

CHECK THAT THE CONNECTING BOLTS BETWEEN THE
GEARMOTOR AND THE SHREDDER TRANSMISSION
CASE PLATE ARE TIGHT.

REMOVE  THE  GUARD  ON  THE  SIDE  OPPOSITE  THE
MOTORS.
CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE BOLTS HOLDING THE
BUSHINGS  ON  THE  CUTTER  SHAFTS  AND  FEEDERS
ARE TIGHT. CHECK LUBRICATION OF THE BEARINGS.

CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE HOLES OF THE SCREEN
ARE NOT CLOGGED.
