Making sausages:
Put the ingredients in the tray. Use the pusher to gently push the meat into the cutter housing.
Put the sausage skin in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the wet skin onto the sausage
horn. Push the (seasoned) minced meat into the cutter housing. If the skin gets stuck onto the
sausage horn, wet it with some water.
Making the hollow tube
1. Insert the safety fuse, worm shaft into the cutter housing,
the four-square inlet first. Place the cone in the cutter
housing.
Place the former on the cutter housing and screw the ring
on the cutter housing.
(Make sure the notches of the formet fit onto the
projections of the mincer head.)
2. Attach the cutter housing to the motor unit.
3. Place the tray on the upright part of the cutter housing.
4. Now the appliance is ready for hollow tube.
Making the hollow tube:
With this adapter, it is possible to make hollow tubes from
suitable dough, or meat mixture. First, make a suitable mixture
for making the tubes. Then put the mixture into the tray and
move it through using the pusher. Make sure the cutter
housing is always full of mixture in order to make continuous
tube. Tubes already made can be further filled with other
ingrediences or mixtures. Such tubes we recomand to fry.

Slicer
Insert the slice cutter (or the fine bar cutter and the coarse
slice) into the cutter housing. Attach the cutter housing to the
motor unit. Now the appliance is ready for slicing
Slicing
Cut the potato or other vegetable for processing it to pieces,
which size is suitable for cutter housing. Choose the different
kind of cutter as requested. Put the pieces into cutter housing
and press slightly by pusher A.
Note: Never press by finger.
Bezpečnostní pojistka
Jedna z částí je plastová bezpečnostní mechanická pojistka, která se vkládá jako první do
pouzdra nože. Pro plynulý chod přístroj nepřetěžujte a nesnažte se při zablokování šnekové
hřídele dále pokračovat. Hrozí poškození této mechanické pojistky. Nejprve zkuste použít
zpětný chod (REV). Při velkém zatížení může dojít k protočení čtyřhranu šnekové hřídele
v plastovém usazení. V tomto případě je nutné vyměnit tento díl — bezpečnostní pojistka.
Tipy
Smotejte sí ový kabel a poté jej vsuňte na místo podle
zobrazení.
Pokud se zablokuje chod šnekové hřídele, stiskněte prosím
tlačítko zpětného chodu REV. Usazené maso v pouzdře nože
je uvolněno a přístroj se vrátí do obvyklého provozu. V případě,
že problém stále přetrvává, odmontujte šroubovací kroužek
a všechny části vyjměte a očistěte. Poté jednotlivé části znovu
složte a můžete pokračovat.
Části „P”, „Q”, „R”,„S” lze uložit do pěchovátka.
Čištění a údržba
Maso, které zůstalo v pouzdru nože lze odstranit vložením krajíce chleba a následným pomletím.
1. Dříve, než začnete s čistěním, vypněte přístroj a vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky.
2. Stiskněte uvolňovací tlačítko a otočte celé pouzdro nože ve směru šipky. Vyjměte pěchovátko
a mísu.
3. Odšroubujte šroubovací kroužek a odstraňte všechny části pouzdra nože. Součásti nemyjte
v myčce na nádobí!
4. Všechny části, které se dostaly do kontaktu s masem umyjte ve vodě s čistícím prostředkem.
OČISTĚTE JE IHNED PO POUŽITÍ.
5. Omyjte je čistou horkou vodou a IHNED je osušte.
6. Doporučujeme, abyste namazali jednotku nože a mlecí disky nějakým rostlinným olejem.
