Uses sensors to measure
outside light and glare. When
it’s dark enough outside, the
sensors send a current to an
electronic color-changing gel
that’s sandwiched between
the lenses of the mirror. The
gel gets darker, and so does
the mirror. When it gets lighter
outside, the process reverses
itself.
SAFETY: Reduces glare from
the headlights of vehicles
behind without adjusting the
position of the mirror.

The improved rigidity of the
chassis reduces rattles and
wind noise.
The bushings in the sub-frame
of the vehicle were increased in
size. Rubber bushings are used
to separate two metal objects
so that they move freely and
don’t rub together. This reduces
the amount of road noise that’s
transmitted to the inside of the
vehicle.
Additional soundproofing
materials have been used in
the isolator pad that separates
the dashboard from the engine
compartment, to reduce engine
noise.
