¿Hasta qué distancia funciona la
radio?
Los alcances de radio no son
predecibles, son demasiado
dependientes del entorno en el cual
van a instalarse.
Sin embargo unas pautas le permitirán
darse una idea. La Gate-Flow debería
poder instalarse en un lugar donde el
nivel de la Wifi sea como mínimo de 3
barras sobre 4. Para el Stop-Flow,
intentar colocar un hotspot Wifi en
lugar de la Gate-Flow y buscar tener de
la misma forma un nivel de 3 a 4 barras.
Se pueden añadir repetidores de radio
específicos entre el Stop-Flow y la
Gate-Flow, ya que permiten aumentar
mucho los alcances. Contacte a Hydrelis

¿Qué hacer en caso de cierre de la
entrada de agua?
Si el Stop-Flow se ha cerrado por sí
mismo, ya sea tiene una fuga, o bien ha
dejado un grifo abierto demasiado
tiempo. Verificar su instalación y luego
abrir de nuevo la entrada de agua en el
Stop-Flow Conectado pulsando el botón
OPEN/CLOSED

durante más de
5 segundos. Esta reapertura también es
posible en la Gate-Flow

y en la
aplicación

siempre pulsando el
botón
OPEN/CLOSED
.
Si no ha consumido agua durante más
de 3 días, el Stop-Flow se ha cerrado
por sí mismo, en ese caso, pulse el
botón
OPEN/CLOSED
para abrir el
Stop-Flow.

What is the range of the radio ?
Radio range is unpredictable. It
depends on the environment in which
you have installed the device.
Nevertheless, some rules help to give
you an idea. Gate-Flow must be
installed in a place where the Wi-Fi
strength is at least 3 out of 4. Stop-Flow
must be in a Wi-Fi hot spot near the
Gate-Flow. Try for a level of at least 3
out of 4.
You can add a specific radio range
extender between the Stop-Flow and
Gate-Flow; this will extend the range.

What if the water input is stopped ?
If Stop-Flow shuts off, that is because
you have a leak, or you have left a
faucet open for too long. Check your
device, then re-open the water input at
Connected Stop-Flow by pressing the
OPEN/CLOSED

button for more than
five seconds. You can also re-open the
flow at the Gate-Flow
➋
and the
application
➌
by pressing on the
OPEN/CLOSED
button.
If you have not consumed water for
more than three days, Stop-Flow will
close on its own. In this case, click on
the
OPEN/CLOSED
button to re-open
Stop-Flow.

Jusqu’à quelle distance la radio
fonctionne-t-elle ?
Les portées radio ne sont pas
prédictibles, elles sont trop

donner une idée. La Gate-Flow devrait
pouvoir être installée dans un endroit
où le niveau Wifi est à minima de 3
barres sur 4. Pour le Stop-Flow, essayer
de placer un hotspot Wifi à la place de
la Gate-Flow et chercher à avoir de la
même façon un niveau de 3 à 4 barres.
Il est possible de rajouter des répéteurs
radio spécifiques entre le Stop-Flow et
la Gate-Flow, ils permettent
d’augmenter fortement les portées.

Que faire en cas de fermeture de
l’arrivée d’eau ?
Si le Stop-Flow s’est fermé de lui-même,
soit vous avez une fuite, soit vous avez
laissé un robinet ouvert trop
longtemps. Vérifier votre installation,
puis rouvrir l’arrivée d’eau au Stop-Flow
Connecté en appuyant sur le bouton
OPEN/CLOSED

pendant plus de
5 secondes. Cette réouverture est aussi
possible sur la Gate-Flow

et sur
l’application

toujours en appuyant
sur le bouton
OPEN/CLOSED
.
Si vous n’avez pas consommé d’eau
pendant plus de 3 jours, le Stop-Flow
s’est fermé de lui-même, dans ce cas,
cliquez sur le bouton

pour ouvrir le Stop-Flow.
