Remedy
The suction hose is
kinked or faulty or a
shut-off device is
closed.
Check the suction hose for flow.
Replace it if necessary.
There is air in the
suction line and the
pump.
Fill the pump via the suction
hose / hose coupling.
The is no power to
the electric motor.
Check the unit supply line for
damage.
Check the motor protection
switch in the main switch.
Replace it if necessary.
The electric motor /
pump is defective.
Contact HYDAC.
The transport seals
have not been
removed.
Remove the transport seals.
Transport seals are the yellow
plastic plugs.
The pressure loss
in the suction line is
too great.
Ensure that the pressure at the
inlet is within the permitted
range.
No flow
The suction hose is
not suitable for
negative pressure.
Use a hose that is resistant to
negative pressure.
