Connecting the return port connection - OUT
NOTICE
Return port connection (OUT) closed off
The unit will be destroyed
►
Make sure that the return port is always open
►
CMP 1xx0-2
Note the maximum pressure of 0.5 bar at the return port connection
►
CMP 1xx0-4
Note the maximum pressure of 5 bar at the return port connection
Overload protection (only with CMP1xx0-4…)
In order to protect it from overloads, the CMP1xx0-4… is equipped with a
magnetic coupling between the electric motor and the pump.
NOTICE
The magnetic coupling is slipping
No more fluid is being pumped, the magnetic coupling starts to make
noises and starts to become hot.

A) Switch the unit off.
►
B) Check the pump temperature. Switch the unit on only after the
pump has cooled down to below 50°C.
►
C) Check if the return line (OUT) is open.
►
D) Check the pressure setting on the pressure gauge. Correct the
pressure setting if necessary.
