5.2 Connection to the electric system
Ensure that the power supply voltage corresponds to the indications on the specifications plate of the
machine. Connect the cable (4 x 1.5 sleeve) to the electric system using a plug that is appropriate for the
characteristics of the same, thereby respecting the colour codes.
Danger
The machine must be connected to the power supply by qualified personnel.
After the machine has been connected, verify that the rotation of the hydraulic power pack motor agrees with
the direction indicated by the arrow shown on the same. If the motor rotation is not correct, reverse the two
phase connections of the line and then check again.
Danger
It is very important to verify the rotation direction of the hydraulic power pack motor before
working with the machine.
5.3 Hydraulic power pack
Do not start up the hydraulic power pack until it has been verified that the rotation direction is correct.
Use hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 46. The maintenance section shows some fluids that may be used.
The tank capacity is 13 litres.
Attention
The hydraulic power pack pressure is adjusted to 50 bars.
Attention
The pressure of the clamp is adjusted to 20 bars using the pressure switch P1.
