Make sure whether the voltage of the acquired machine is 220V/1 phase or (220V, 380V, 400V,440V)/3
phases prior to connection. If the machine cannot be operated after wires have been connected,
please check the following items:
1. The Emergency switch is released.
2. The door of the electrical cabinet is properly closed and switched ON (locked).
3. The safety guard is in the proper position (closed).
4. Refer to the Table of Error Codes for the inverter.

Before operating a new machine, add coolant to the coolant tank by looking at the pilot (window) indicator at
the right wall of base, fill the coolant to at least half way through the window (A, Fig.4) (minimum 6 liters). User
can choose the one most suitable for their requirements. For your reference SHELL LUTEM OIL ECO is highly
recommended.
The ratio of oil and water is 50% respectively.
The minimum percentage of oil diluted in water is 8~10%.
Cleaning is required when iron filings clog the screen (B,Fig.5) at the bottom right corner of the water drain entry at
the base.
Please refer to the drawing A1and B1 on the machine for clear indication.

spindle
speed
Shift the gears while the machine is stopped. For a spindle RPM of 65~245min-1 use low and turn the
lever to the turtle. For spindle RPM of 245~2000min-1use high and turn the lever to the rabbit. Then
spindle speed can be adjusted to the proper cutting RPM by using the control knob (F–fig.1).
Note
: Use the Emergency Stop Switch (C–Fig. 1) or the OFF switch (B–Fig. 1) to shift between high and
low. Shifts should be made only while the machine is stepped. Failure to do so can cause damage to the
gear system.

3. Position the support block between the machine head and table.
4. Raise the table and support block to the machine head. Use
crankshaft (B, fig.2),clockwise. Do not place the block under
the lock collar (C,fig. 6).
5. Secure the collar. Check the two set screws (C,fig.6).
6. Unlock the machine head. Loosen head locking bolts (fig.7)
7. Raise the head to the highest position. Use crankshaft (B, fig.2),
clockwise.
Please refer to the drawing A1 and B1 on the machine as mentioned
