2. Basic Procedures

Operation Instructions for TCX575 Tire Changer

CAUTION:

Always make sure the wheel is being rotated while inserting

the automatic lever.

Locate an area with a gap between the tire and wheel.

Press the wheel rotation pedal

to rotate the wheel clockwise. While rotating,

insert the automatic lever into the rim / tire assembly.

CAUTION:

Always ensure that the automatic lever is inserted in a gap

between the rim and the tire. If the automatic lever is
inserted without a gap, tire damage can occur.

If the automatic lever does not completely seat under the
upper bead, continue to rotate until it does.
