Task Action
Set the ActiveX controls and plug-ins. 1. Choose Tools > Internet Options .
The Internet Options dialog box is
displayed.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click Internet .
4. Click Custom level .
The Security Settings-Internet Zone
dialog box is displayed.
5. Set Automatic prompting for
ActiveX controls to Enable , and set
Download unsigned ActiveX
controls
and Initialize and script
ActiveX controls not marked as safe
for scripting
to Prompt .
6. Click OK .
Enable TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 .
NOTE
You must enable TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 when
the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure
(HTTPS) protocol is used to access the IPC.
1. Choose Tools > Internet Options .

displayed.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Select Use TLS 1.0 or Use TLS 1.1 .
4. Click OK .
Set Use Pop-up Blocker to Disable . 1. Choose Tools > Internet Options .
The Internet Options dialog box is
displayed.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click Internet .
4. Click Custom level .
The Security Settings-Internet Zone
dialog box is displayed.
5. Set Use Pop-up Blocker to Disable .
6. Click OK .

Step 1
Open Internet Explorer, enter the IPC IP address (192.168.0.120 by default) in the address
box, and press
Enter .
The login page is displayed, as shown in Figure 1-1 .
