The voltage is beyond the range
of -72 V to -38.4 V.
Measure the voltage with the multimeter. Connect the
red probe of the multimeter to the ground pin and the
black probe to the -48 V pin. Contact the equipment
room administrator if the voltage tested is beyond the
range of -72 V to -38.4 V.
Hardware is faulty.
