3. Do one of the following:

Extend the server from the rack.
•
Remove the server from the rack.
5. If installed, remove the tertiary riser cage.
6. Locate the battery on the system board.
7. Use a small flat-bladed, nonconductive tool to carefully lift the front of the battery from the socket.
8. Remove the battery.
9. Install the system battery.
