Attach the tie bars with the screws to the PTM extrusion, making sure that the beveled
edges of the tie bars are oriented as shown in (
Figure C-15). Use flat-head screws on
the sides and pan-head screws at the rear.

Insert the tie bars (now mounted on the main PTM extrusion
) into the extension ,
aligning the two PTM extrusions so that the channel patterns match (see Figure C-16).
