Remove the heat sink.

Repeat the procedure for the additional heat sink.
Installing the heat sink
CAUTION:
Do not apply an excessive amount of thermal compound to prevent damage to the
system board.
To install the heat sink
1.
Make sure the top of the processor is clean.
2.
Apply a small drop of thermal compound in the middle of the processor.
3.
Remove the protective cover from the underside of the heat sink.
4.
Align the heat sink so the sticker label faces the DIMM module.
5.
Place the heat sink on top of the processor until it is seated firmly in place.
6.
To secure the heat sink, tighten the four retaining screws clockwise, in the order shown.
