Commands 

3.47   set password 

Sets the remote access password. The password has a maximum length of 15 characters. The 
default password is 

mvfirmware

. The password is nonvolatile and stored in the EEPROM of the 

MBM or PBM. 

Syntax 

set password 

<password> 

Argument 

password 

The password that must be entered by a remote session to gain 
access to the system. 

Options
