Description
This
command
sets
the
power
of
the
laser
output.
The
specied
range
for
the
amplitude
is
-10dBm
to
-4dBm,
or
100W
to
398W
.
Y
ou
can
set
to
the
minimum,
default
or
maximum
programmable
values
by
sending
MIN ,

Attenuator
If
you
have
the
optional
attenuator
installed,
the
range
is
-50dBm
to
-5.5dBm,
or
10nW
to
300W
.
If
you
are
using
the
Attenuation
Mode
(see
\[:SOURce]:POW

enuation:A
UTO"),
then
this
value
sets
the
laser
output
power
,
which
is
not
the
same
as
the
output
power
.
The
output
power
is
a
combination
of
this
value
and
the
attenuation
(see
\[:SOURce]:POW

enuation
").
The
values
for
the

in
the

the
laser

power
that
you
set
in
the

independently

Note
The

not
be
able
to

a
signal
with

it
will

Use
the

The
default
units

depending
on
the
unit
selected
by
the
