applies for the maximum duty-cycle:

Positive pulse with negative Baseline
Negative pulse with positive Baseline

-5 V <Baseline + 5 negative or positive pulses
Under the following conditions maximum duty-cycle is 15%:
Baseline + 5 V and positive pulses
Baseline
V and negative pulses
Note also, that the pulse is limited to a
V window (500 into 5061)
so that for positive pulses with positive Baseline, or negative pulses
with negative baseline, the maximum available amplitude becomes
limited by the Baseline setting
