LK30 Road Signal Kit
Light bar assembly and mount.
• Assemble the light bracket top plate to the light bar, using two
5/16”x1.0 carriage bolts and lock nuts in the holes indicated.
•
Mount the top plate/light bar assembly over the rear axle of the
header wagon, fasten the light bracket bottom brace using the
four 1/2” x 7.0 hex bolts and lock nuts as shown.

This instruction sheet applies to:
LK30 Road Signal Light Kit and CHCF36, SHCF36, CHCF45, SHCF45 header
wagon models.

Do not fully tighten until all the clamps are in place.
Front:
• At the front axle, carefully route the cable through the reach tube
receiver opening to the back of the trailer.
•
At the reach receiver opening on the front of the axle, fasten the
cable to the cable clamp with the 1/4-20 x 3/4 socket head screws.
• Next fasten the clamp to the top of the tongue bracket, ensure
there is enough cable slack over the tongue steering
pivot.
• Fasten the cable to the three tongue cable clamps,
ensure there is cable slack over the tongue hinge.
Rear:
• Attach the harness to the light bar
•
Place one #5 ‘P’ clamp on the cable and fasten with a
#12 x 3/4” self tap hex head screw to the side of the top
plate, take out any cable slack to the light bar.
•
Move the tongue thru its full range of motion and
check that the cable is free from stretching, binding or
pinching, tighten up all clamps.
