Joiner Tie Rod,
1. Insert rear tie rod end from top side through tapered
bushings in steering plate.
2. Insert front tie rod end from top side through tapered
bushings in the tongue bracket.
Reach Brace Plate
1. Position reach brace plate under the reach,
approximately halfway back from the front.
2. Place clamping plates on top of the reach tube
and bottom rail and secure with 1/2” x 2” hex bolts &
locknuts.
3.
Position the joiner rod cradle over the joiner rod and
secure to the brace plate with two 1/2” x 1.5” hex bolts
& locknuts
Wheels
1.
Remove taper wheel bolts and position wheel on the
hub.
2.
Assemble and torque the 5/8” taper wheel bolts.
3.
Use the Wheel Torque Specification chart in this
manual as a guide.
4. Repeat for remaining wheels.
5.
Chock the wheels if removing the wheel stands.
3. At each end assemble and tighten with castle nut and
secure with a cotter pin.
