CAUTION

Prevent potential strain injury, use approved
lifting equipment or ask for help when lifting or
moving heavy, bulky parts.
Riser Plates
1. Pin the adjuster bracket to right cast bushing on top
of the axle using 5/8" x 7.0” draw pin, repeat for the
remaining bracket.

2. Next, mount the riser plate to the left cast bushing on
top of axles, and to the top hole on adjuster brackets.
3.
Insert 5/8" x 6" hex bolt, thread the locking nut onto
the bolt and tighten until the bolt is snug against the
plate, do not over tighten.
4. Pin the top rail mount to the top of the riser plate
using 5/8" x 7.0 draw pins, repeat for remaining
channel.

Ensure all assemblies move freely.
6. Repeat for the remaining axle.
