Track loosening tines
By loosening deep tractor tracks the disc system
is able to work in shallower working depths.
The track loosening tines are secured against
overload by means of springs.
WARNING
Risk of injury from stuck tines, which are there-
fore under tension.

Release the tension from the tines only while
facing away from the spring direction and
using a suitable tool.
¾
Never reach with your hand into a spring
assembly under tension.
NOTE
¾
Make sure that the track loosening tines can
be firmly pressed into the ground when park
-
ing without becoming damaged.
However, still park the machine on a firm and
level surface. Point the track loosening tines
upward, if necessary.
¾
The tines must be adjusted to the position
of the respective tractor tyres. Loosen the
clamping screws (1) for adjustment and align
the tines. Tighten the screws on the flange.

Adjusting the working depth
The working depth must be adjusted to the
respective soil conditions and the tractor used.
¾
Loosen the cotter pin and pull out the bolt (2).
¾
Vertically adjust the track loosening tines via
the row of holes (3).
¾
Insert the bolt and secure it with the cotter pin.
¾
Adjust all tines equally.
Changing tines
¾
Loosen the screw (4).
¾
Insert the new tines in the correct position and
tighten the screws.
