Set the outer disc pairs (1) deeper to loosen
and level the tractor tracks.
Soil is thereby moved from the tractor tracks
into the area between the tractor tracks.
¾
Set the disc pairs between the tractor tracks
(2) deeper to fill up the area between the trac
-
tor tracks again.

Adjustable track loosening discs
¾
Loosen and remove screw and nut (3) to make
the adjustment.
¾
Adjust the working depth of the track loosen-
ing discs through the hole pattern.
¾
Tighten screw and nut (3).
¾
Check the working results of the track loosen-
ing discs after work in the field and correct the
setting, if required.
Side plates
The side plates prevents the formation of ridges
of soil between bouts.
The setting must be adapted to the soil condi-
tions. No earth wall and furrow may be created
between the tracks.

¾
Check the height of the side plates after ad-
justing the DiscSystem and adapt them as
needed.
¾
Adjust the height of the plates via the rows
of holes (1).
¾
Set the incline of the plates (2).
To do so, loosen the locking nut (3) and adjust
the incline over the visible length (a) of the
screw. Tighten the locking nut.
¾
Replace the side plates if worn. The wear
limit is reached when the working result in
the lowest position is no longer satisfactory
(wall formation).
