IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE USE!
The treadmill was folded in the carton
when purchased. Follow these steps to
unfold the treadmill.
Press and hold both
LOCKBUTTONS
with your thumbs.
Carefully lift the
CONSOLE MODULE
upward until it is in the upright
position.
Pull the
LOCKING BAR
upward until
it is tight.
Gently pull the
FRONT HANDLE BAR
downward.
CAUTION:
Do not use the treadmill if the
LOCKING BAR
is not tight.

Follow these steps to fold the treadmill.
Gently pull the
FRONT HANDLEBAR
upward.
Pull the
LOCKING BAR
downward to
release the lock.
Carefully pull the
CONSOLE MODULE
downward until it rests flat on the
treadmill deck.
Press down on the
CONSOLE
MODULE
until both locks engage.
