Replacing the Fore-edge Trim Knife

Move the lower knife forward 
slightly.

1. Loosen the mounting screws at both ends 

with an Allen wrench.

2. Turn each adjuster bolt 60 degrees clockwise.

- Turn the adjuster bolts evenly.

3. Tighten the mounting screws at both ends 

and lock the lower knife.

4. Go back to step 11 and repeat the steps 

again.

Turn off the power switch.

Lock the lower knife and the 
adjuster bolt.

- Tighten the inside mounting screws with a 

ratchet wrench.

- Tighten the mounting screw at both ends 

again.

- Tighten the locking nuts for the adjuster bolts.

Attach the lower guides.

Attach all the parts which have 
been removed.
