Contact output

The contact capacity is a resistance load for 250 V AC, 3 A max. or 30 V DC, 3 A max.

The terminal screw for the contact output is M4.

The applicable electric wire is 0.75 mm
2
to 5.5 mm
2
(AWG 18 to AWG 10).

If noise is detected from the load, use a varistor or a noise killer.

When the HR-200 is normal (without the FAIL output), the C-NOF contact is open and the
C-NCF contact short-circuited. When the power is OFF, the C-NOF contact is short-
circuited.
Connect the contact output as illustrated below.

Transmission output

The terminal screws for the contact input and the transmission output are M3.5.

The applicable electric wire is 2 mm
2
(AWG 14) max.

For the transmission output cable, use a shielded cable.
WARNING
To connect a load greater than the contact capacity or an induction load (e.g., a motor or a pump), be
sure to use a power relay rated higher than the load rating.
WARNING
If there is a possibility of a lightning strike, install an arrester on the output side of the converter and on
the side of receiving instruments.
