Ion concentration measurement
You can measure the concentration of a specific ion with an ion electrode.
On this instrument, use only a combination electrode incorporating a reference
electrode. A single electrode, which is for use with a reference electrode, cannot be
used.
Press the
key in the measurement mode to change the measurement parameter to
"ION".
Measurement of ion concentration is only possible on LAQUAact-PH130.
Note
• Ion concentration varies depending on the sample temperature. For the accurate
measurement, it is suggested that the calibration and measurement should be confirmed
at a constant temperature using a constant temperature bath.
• To get accurate values, stir the standard solution and the sample solution using a stirrer
during calibration and measurement.
