App icons are rearranged when I unlock the screen
Cause:
You may have enabled the Shake to realign feature. This feature automatically rearranges
home screen icons when you shake your phone.
You may have rearranged your home screen icons in Guest mode. These changes will not
be saved when you use your phone in Owner mode.
Solution:
Touch and hold a blank area on the home screen to enter editing mode. Touch Settings or
Home screen settings and disable Shake to realign.
