grommets seating surface and install 
the grommets into the grooves in the

Install the left crankcase cover. 
 
 

NOTE 

• 

The left crankcase cover (stator) is magnetically 

attached to the flywheel, be careful to 
installation. 

 

Install and tighten the left crankcase 
cover bolts securely in a crisscross 
pattern in several steps. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

NOTE 

• 

Route the wire harness properly. 

 
Connect the alternator 3P connector and 
ignition pulse generator 2P connector. 
 
Install the fuel tank. 
Install the drive sprocket cover.
