Directive 93/68/CEE - “R&TTE” Directive 99/5/CE ratified by Legislative Decree no.
269) and comply with the essential requirements contained therein.
The EU marking on the product and/or on the packaging and/or on any use notices
that accompany the product itself “indicate presumption of compliance with the
Directives” referred to above.
