Locating a misplaced
handset
Option 1
Call the missing extension from
another handset. This option causes
the called handset to ring.
Example: To locate extension 12,
press “12.”
Option 2
If you don’t know the extension number
of the missing handset, you can use
another handset to cause all handsets
in the network to ring.
1.
Press MENU until you reach the
screen containing the Extensions
menu item.
2.
Press 7 (Extensions).
3.
Scroll through the displayed items
until “Ring all” is highlighted.
4.
Press 0 (Ring all).
