1.

Press MENU until you reach the 
screen containing the Directory 
function.

2.

Select Directory from the list of 
menu options.

If you have the Key System software 
package, you will be prompted to press 
1 to reach the System Directory or 2 to 
reach the Personal Directory. (

note regarding Directory Services on 
page 51.)

3.

Select the desired Directory 
category (2 - ABC, 3 - DEF, etc.).

4.
