Basic adjustment of clinchers
In case of replacement or retrofit of the stitching heads UNIVERSAL 70/20 and the
clincher boxes a basic adjustment will be necessary.
The pressure of the clincher spine pressure must be adjusted at minimal pressure
(correspond to 2-sheet-stitching). See page 8.
Adjustement:
Loosen the allen set screw

. Cycle the machine by hand (see page 10) until the
clincher points reach their highest position. Adjust the clincher pusher screw

until
the center of the clincher points are approx. 1 mm above the clincher box surface.
Tighten the allen set screw
