8.
DANGER
NEVER OPEN THE FILL VALVE AND REMOVE THE CAP WHILE
THE BEAD TANK IS PRESSURIZED. PRESSURE IN THE TANK
WILL BLOW THE CAP FROM THE VALVE UNEXPECTEDLY
DURING REMOVAL AND BLOW BEADS FROM THE FITTING AT
HIGH VELOCITY. THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR
EVEN DEATH TO PERSONNEL AND DAMAGE COMPONENTS.
9.
Bead Fill Valve
- Located below the deck on
the passenger side of the truck. Open this valve
to vacuum beads into the tank. Close when the
bead tank is full. Trucks equipped with the dual
bead tanks option will have two bead tank fill
valves.
10. Sight Glasses -
Used to monitor bead level in
tank.
11. Bead Supply Valve -
Located below the deck
at the bottom of the tank. Open this valve to
supply beads to the delivery system. If your
truck is equipped with the dual bead tanks op-
tion, there will be two separate supply valves.
NOTICE:
THIS VALVE SHOULD ALWAYS BE TURNED OFF WHEN
THE TRUCK IS SHUTDOWN OVERNIGHT OR FOR LONGER
DURATIONS. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO REDUCE CONDENSATION
IN THE TANK THAT CAN CAUSE THE BEADS TO CLOG IN THE
DELIVERY SYSTEM.
12. Clean Out Port -
Remove the cap to run a rod
through the port and supply valve to breakup
beads if they clog at the bottom of the tank.
