LEVELING
PROCEDURE
7.9.1
LEVELING
LIFT
TO
FLOOR
Lower
the
lift
completely
to
the
floor.
Determine
the
highest
corner
of
the
lift
and
adjust
remaining
towers
to
level
the
lift,
front
‐
to
‐
back
and
side
‐
to
‐
side
(See
positions
1,
2,
3
and
4
in
Fig.
11
).
Use
shims
under
tower
base
plate,
as
needed.

DECK
LEVELING
PROCEDURE
NOTE:
Use
a
four
(4)
foot
level
to
adjust
the
cables
to
level
the
decks
side
‐
to
‐
side
and
front
‐
to
‐
rear.
All
cable
adjustments
can
be
made
at
the
threaded
end
of
the
cable
at
the
top
of
each
of
the
four
(4)
posts.
Tighten
the
two
(2)
7/8”
‐
14
UNF
hex
nuts
on
each
cable
at
the
top
of
each
post.
Raise
the
lift
to
check
operation.
Lower
lift
by
depressing
the
air
valve
while
pulling
down
on
the
release
lever
of
the
power
pack.
Remove
hand
from
air
valve
and
allow
the
lift
to
hang
on
the
cables.
Use
a
four
(4)
foot
level.
Level
and
square
all
four
posts.
Begin
leveling
the
highest
post.

BETWEEN
THE
INSIDE
FACE
OF
THE
POSTS
AND
THE
PLASTIC
GUIDES
ON
THE
CROSSMEMBER
ASSEMBLY.
CAUTION:
USE
THE
CORRECT
WEDGE
ANCHOR
BOLTS.
